Job Description

Senior Customer Success Account Manager

ReWorks Solutions

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing deep relationships with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention. • Proactively monitor and analyze client health, addressing any concerns or issues before they escalate. • Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs. • Lead onboarding processes and training sessions for clients to ensure they receive maximum value from our offerings. • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a cohesive experience for customers. • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive additional revenue from existing accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
