Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or operational leadership roles
- Strong ability to build and improve operational processes
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment**
