• Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts • Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs • Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly • Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback • Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
Job Requirements
- 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
- Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)
- Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)
- Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
