Senior Support Analyst

• Provide operational and technical support to field technicians responsible for installing and configuring routers at end-customer sites; • Responsible for monitoring technical tickets; • Provide remote guidance during installations; • Update and close tickets in the system; • Monitor deadlines and status of work orders; • Identify and report recurring incidents and assist in resolving connectivity issues; • Serve as the point of contact between the field team, the support center, and internal departments, ensuring service quality and adherence to the company's technical procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Analysis and monitoring of indicators (KPIs)
  • Basic and advanced computer courses
  • Basic Computer Networking course
  • Preferred: Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) or IT Management
