Senior Software Engineer – Back-end

• Develop, evolve, and maintain the back-end in Go, prioritizing the construction of high-performance, scalable systems; • Design and document robust, resilient APIs that enable continuous integration across multiple services and products; • Ensure technical excellence through automated testing, rigorous code reviews, and the dissemination of engineering best practices; • Lead architecture discussions, proposing structural solutions that support the platform's rapid growth and mitigate technical debt; • Explore and implement emerging technologies, including integration with LLMs, vector databases, and agent-based architectures to deliver business value; • Continuously optimize infrastructure and code to ensure low latency and high availability.
Job Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable experience in back-end development with proficiency in Go.
- Deep knowledge in building RESTful APIs and modeling relational databases;
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a test automation culture for frequent, reliable releases;
- Ability to support the team in resolving complex problems by sharing technical knowledge and mentoring peers;
- Autonomy to manage end-to-end deliveries and a critical mindset to suggest improvements in a dynamic environment;
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems;
- Interest or experience in AI, vector databases, or agent-based architectures;
- Knowledge of the real estate market or CRM systems.

• Design and implement a connector framework (authentication, config, throttling, error handling, versioning) for systems like SharePoint/Microsoft 365, email delivery, and other third-party services. • Implement OAuth2/OIDC patterns, token refresh, secure secret storage, and least-privilege scopes. • Build durable job scheduling and orchestration: queues/workers, retries with backoff, idempotency, state machines, and replayability. • Create workflow primitives for file movement (trigger → validate → transfer → post-process → notify → audit), including approvals and exception paths. • Extend and maintain secure transfer support for HTTPS, FTPS, FTPeS, SCP, including troubleshooting real-world edge cases (timeouts, cipher/KEX mismatches, passive/active FTP, resumability, large file behavior). • Improve performance and correctness: resumable transfers, checkpointing, integrity verification, and failure isolation (noisy-neighbor control). • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, security assessments, and performance optimization. • Improve observability (logs/metrics/traces), incident readiness, and operational tooling. • Mentor engineers and help evolve development practices.
