• Work within a multidisciplinary SQUAD, participating in the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, analysis and architecture design to software development, production support, testing of new features and defect fixes. • Develop and maintain user-facing application features using ReactJS, React Native and C# .NET 8. • Gather and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Provide system support, assisting customer support teams. • Participate in demand planning and track task progress. • Propose process improvements, promote organizational culture and embrace an "owner mindset" in task execution. • Publish and maintain application releases on the App Store and Google Play. • Ensure application stability, security, usability and accessibility. • Improve build and test automation tools and processes. • Define and maintain system architecture with a focus on deployment, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting. • Contribute to product and system quality overall, taking a broad view of the architecture and production behavior.

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET, with a focus on performance, scalability and code readability. • Consistently apply development best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles and automated test coverage (unit and integration tests), ensuring the quality and reliability of deliveries. • Integrate with internal and external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services and asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ for messaging. • Collaborate in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban, participating in rituals such as daily stand-ups, planning, reviews and retrospectives, always aligning technical progress with business requirements.
