Account Manager

DEVTAC CRM Inc.

• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs. • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. • Monitors and manages account segmentation, industry identification and client communication. • If needed, conducts client presentations. • Conducts client problem/ needs analysis. • Creates contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. • Collaborates with the technical team for the needed scope of work, assumption dependencies and constraints or any other technical specifications needed to translate specific requirements into a quantitative value. • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed. • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. • Collaborates with immediate head in the development of new businesses. • Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and high-value accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention. • Drive revenue by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively pursuing new business leads through networking and strategic outreach. • Monitor account health and provide tailored, data-driven solutions to help clients maximize the value of our platform. • Act as a lead for the account management team, mentoring junior staff and providing guidance to ensure alignment with company and client goals. • Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to translate client feedback into product improvements and ensure seamless service delivery. • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and growth strategies to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Commerce, or any business-related course
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Time Management Skills
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • Must have at least two (2) to five (5) years of experience, working for an IT services and solutions company or a managed services company is not required but an advantage
  • Must have a proven track record in sales in a B2B industry
  • Experience in handling finances and working within specific timelines, an advantage
  • Must have extensive experience in conducting presentations and negotiating deals.
  • Preferably with prior experience in the use of different CRMs and various productivity tools.
