• Assist Loan Officer in the administration and processing of mortgage loans. • Conduct preliminary research on the loan to determine mortgage eligibility. • Set signing appointments and provide customer service. • Prepare files for submission to loan processing and update marketing database. • Assist in pre-qualifications and pre-approval orders as instructed by the Loan Officer.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, such as clinical trial applications and ethics committee submissions. • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and authorizations for study initiation. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory submissions and approvals. • Supporting study teams in the development of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures. • Participating in study start-up meetings and providing input on regulatory requirements and timelines.

• Lead transitions for all business lines and channels • Consult with prospective advisors to understand their unique structure and devise strategies for transition • Engage various departments as needed for training • Facilitate in-depth training on all LPL technology • Provide repapering support for new advisors • Navigate issues by leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills
