As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer you will be responsible for building fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices. We are looking for experienced Engineers with an appetite for solving complex problems and build seamless user interactions to world-class standards.** National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.
Job Requirements
- You’re great at**
- At least 10** years of relevant professional experience** for the role;
- Vast Experience with Vanilla **Javascript;**
- Advanced level of knowledge in **Angular;**
- Use state management like **Redux,** MobX and/or other;
- Semantic documents using **HTML;**
- Use of **CSS **pre/post-processors like PostCSS, Styled Components, LESS, SASS and/or others;
- Experience with **Azure **Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with **New Relic** is a Plus.
- Developing great user interfaces;
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD, Shift-Letf)
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Being passionate, self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;

You’ll join a high-performing team building Self Financial’s mobile app and web experiences. We care deeply about creativity, quality, and delivering an innovative user experience to a large customer base in a fast-paced, “team-of-teams” environment with frequent releases. We are hiring for multiple Frontend Engineering openings across levels. While this posting reflects the core expectations of the role, final title and leveling will be determined based on demonstrated experience, scope of impact, and competencies assessed throughout the interview process. Staff Software Engineers (P4) are expected to play a key leadership role in shaping technical direction, driving high-impact projects, and mentoring engineering teams.
