Front End Engineer

• You'll cooperate closely with Product Manager and designers to define and implement new features that align with business and user needs • You'll actively engage with the rest of the development team to contribute to technical initiatives, share knowledge and drive improvements across the codebase • You'll write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices, including proper documentation, testing and adherence to coding standards • You'll have a tangible impact on the project direction and the overall business goals
Job Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with React
- Are skilled in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Have familiarity with Git, Docker, frontend tools and bundlers
- Have the ability to engage in discussions and decisions regarding software design and architecture
- Being familiar with modern LLM tools and knowing how to incorporate them in their day-to-day workflows; or you’re willing to learn
- Show readiness to learn and expand your skillset as required by ongoing projects
- Are independent problem solver, but also being an excellent team player
- Not be afraid to dive deep into legacy code if necessary
- Have a native or close to native command of Polish and at least B2 level of English (written & spoken)
- Are available in the afternoons – we prioritize everyone’s personal time and work-life fit, but since we work in multinational teams, occasional evening meetings may be necessary to ensure smooth communication across time zones
