Sales Coordinator
SOTI
• Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce. • Process orders and invoices accurately and timely • Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. • Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers. • Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution. • Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools. • Generate and analyze sales reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 1–2-year customer/partner-facing experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends

The Director may also support strategy or advise on corporate components of regional fundraising events and initiatives.
