Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring designers
  • Strong portfolio showing campaign work, branding, and print production
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience preparing vendor-ready, production-accurate files
  • Strong typography and layout fundamentals
  • Experience building templates and brand systems that scale
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing quality
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
  • Experience working with remote teams or across time zones
  • Brownie points for: Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy-driven brands
  • Promotional products or merchandise industry background
  • Basic understanding of conversion and visual hierarchy
  • Experience in a CRM-driven marketing environment (HubSpot a plus)
