Junior Information Security Coordinator, Information Security Assistant

Allegion

• ISMS support: You will actively contribute to establishing and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS). • Audit-ready: You prepare internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX), consolidate evidence, review checklists and document any deviations. • Interface specialist: You act as the link between IT, HR and other departments to communicate security requirements clearly and effectively. • Awareness champion: You help formulate security policies and organize awareness campaigns to engage colleagues on security topics. • Risk management: You support the assessment of security incidents and track the implementation of key protective measures.

Job Requirements

  • You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should have strong IT affinity and a willingness to learn.
  • A completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus) or vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist).
  • Basic knowledge of IT environments that helps you assess risks accurately.
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner and enjoy distilling complex matters into precise, clear points.
  • You are eager to dive deep into standards, compliance and security frameworks.
  • You reside in southern Germany and will work 100% remotely.
