Job Requirements
- A psychology or therapy background (M.Sc. Psychology, psychotherapist training/qualification, or comparable)
- Excellent writing and editing skills in German (native or C2 Level) and English
- A strong sense for responsible mental health communication
- Solid experience in content marketing, copywriting and/or social media (mid-level; you can manage day-to-day delivery confidently)
- Strong quality standards: you know how to avoid overpromising, keep claims clean, and create content that is safe and stigma-sensitive
- A structured, proactive working style and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
