• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security • Build and consume RESTful APIs and work within microservices-based architectures • Ensure backend performance, scalability, security, and reliability • Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using: Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript • Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences • Ensure end-to-end application performance across frontend and backend layers • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues • Follow best practices for secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 6–8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in: Java 8+ / 11+, Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Microservices
- Solid hands-on experience with: Next.js, Node.js ecosystem
- Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks: OAuth, JWT
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – preferred)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
