Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in (B2B) support or operations, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Language skills: Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
- Tech proficiency: Confident use of CRM and support tools (preferably HubSpot, Dixa, or Zendesk) and routine in technical troubleshooting.
- Soft skills: Strong communicator, empathetic, and consistently professional—even under pressure.
- Working style: You prioritize in a structured way, work analytically, and always keep your KPIs and company policies in mind.
