• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and additional applications in the Talent & Performance and Core HCM functional areas, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support • Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements, new functionality rollouts, and cross-functional integrations • Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, and scheduled releases • Partner with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals • Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, and system impacts; produce high-quality documentation including functional specs, SOPs, and training materials • Ensure data integrity through robust audit processes, validation routines, and proactive monitoring of system performance • Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off • Mentor junior analysts and HR teams on Workday capabilities, best practices, and change management • Continuously evaluate system usage and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased adoption • Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and innovations
