About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07About the Role: The Team: The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team which primarily supports ClearPar users and their system functionality needs. This will also require the ability to work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations. - Your ability to capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills is imperative. You will be required to partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients and facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services. - You should be willing and able to cross train with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients. Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,000.00 to $60,000.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
