Alliance Manager

• Act as a central project coordinator, working across PV, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business teams. • Coordinate end‑to‑end PV responsibility transfers when a product is sold or licensed to another company. • Ensure safety data, regulatory obligations, and contractual PV commitments are clearly documented and handed over. • Support alignment between internal PV teams and external partners throughout the transition. • Lead and track all steps of the PV transfer project. • Prepare checklists, trackers, SharePoint updates, and project documentation. • Organize meetings with stakeholders, set agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. • Maintain structured project tracking tools and ensure timely delivery. • Provide regular status updates to internal teams. • Communicate and collaborate effectively in English with global colleagues and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in alliance or partnership management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment, demonstrating a successful track record in building strategic relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including product development cycles, compliance standards, and business strategies.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and preferably French
