Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics)
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management (preferred)
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in industrial automation projects (PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks)
  • Integration with Level 2 systems (e.g., supervisory systems, historians, MES)
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up of plants
  • Experience in a shop floor/manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with industrial equipment suppliers
  • Knowledge of automation architecture and OT/IT integration
  • Desirable technologies: PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric), Supervisory systems (SCADA), MES systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk), Industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC), Industry 4.0 and IIoT concepts, Basic industrial cybersecurity
