• Desarrollarás la línea de negocio del marketplace del segmento de CLINICAS para nuestro SaaS Clinic Cloud. • Tu objetivo: gestionar el ciclo completo de la venta. • Desde marketing se facilita una base de datos de leads inbound y outbound. • Primer contacto a través de llamada. • Dar seguimiento a potenciales clientes a través de creación de secuencias utilizando diferentes herramientas. • Agendar demos con potenciales clientes. • En ellas, identificar los puntos de dolor y las necesidades del cliente. • Negociación y cierre de venta. • Migración a Customer Success. • Mantener el CRM actualizado. • Recibir feedback proveniente de clientes y facilitarlo al equipo producto.
Job Requirements
- Tener 2 años de experiencia en venta, en entornos B2B y venta online, tanto inbound como outbound.
- Estar dispuesto a aprender y mejorar día a día en colaboración del equipo.
- Alta capacidad de cierre de negociaciones de venta.
- Ser una persona orientada a resultados, los KPI forman parte de tu día a día.
- Tener excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
- Hablas y escribes español con fluidez , (trabajarás en mercado español).
- Te gusta dar y recibir feedback constructivo para poder aplicarlo en tu día a día!
- Ser proactivo y capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.
- Tienes experiencia previa en manejo de CRM (plus si has usado Hubspot!)
- Nice to have: experiencia en el método SPIN
