• Provide expert-level global support for Total Lab Automation systems. • Lead 3rd-level escalations and drive root-cause-based solutions. • Turn service data into insights that influence product improvements. • Host global technical reviews, webinars, and solution sessions. • Create and enhance troubleshooting documentation. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, drives, pneumatics, and networks. • Partner with R&D and OEM teams to deliver effective solutions. • Use proactive analytics to identify trends and guide regional action plans.

• Provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solutions clients • Assist with planning the implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget • Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity • Work with client personnel to ensure these areas are ready to support deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ applications and help to resolve any issues that arise in these areas • Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to meet the business needs of the client • Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration • Train client personnel, including management and field users • Provide on-going training and application support for application users • Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process • Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process.

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts • Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as needed • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment • Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner • Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices • Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service

• Contribute to the further development of our rail and infrastructure portfolio and expand technical and methodological competencies in the infrastructure environment • Analyze, optimize, and digitalize processes in infrastructure planning, operations, maintenance, and control • Develop business, process, and target models for digital transformation in the infrastructure and rail context • Support the design and implementation of modern technology and data solutions (for example IoT, analytics, automation, signaling and energy systems) • Analyze and further develop organizational, governance, and operating models in the infrastructure domain • Contribute to the design and implementation of modern steering, monitoring, and management systems for infrastructure portfolios • Take on tasks in project and sub‑project management in classical, hybrid, and agile environments • Prepare and facilitate workshops, trainings, and change initiatives along the infrastructure value chain • Identify new topics, data‑driven optimization approaches, and business opportunities in the infrastructure and rail sector
