Job Description

Mobile Software Engineer – Test

DevSavant

• Pipeline Assurance: Shift from traditional E2E/Unit tests to a high-level assurance mindset. Use LLMs and AI-driven prompts to identify patterns, review PRs, and ensure quality without heavy human intervention. • Intelligent Automation: Design and implement automated loops that provide immediate feedback to developers, ensuring that as productivity increases, quality remains uncompromised. • Collaborative Strategy: Work as a partner to developers (your "internal customers"). Understand their pain points to improve the review and assurance process from an engineering perspective. • Knowledge Transfer: Act as a technical beacon, communicating complex quality concepts and AI-driven testing strategies to the broader team to promote a culture of technical excellence. • Mobile Focus: Maintain a mobile-first mindset to ensure system reliability and performance across the entire development lifecycle (iOS/Android).

Job Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a Mobile Software Engineer with a deep interest or specialized focus on Quality Assurance.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with mobile development (iOS/Android).
  • Proactive approach to using AI tools (LLMs) to solve engineering problems. You should be able to "lead the tool" to automate reviews and fill quality gaps.
  • Ability to look at a high productivity environment and propose: *"How do we reduce human intervention in the review process?"*
  • Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and maintaining high standards for pipeline stability.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be able to articulate technical ideas clearly and persuade the team toward better quality patterns.

Benefits

  • 100% Remote Work: Work from anywhere in Latin America.
  • Flexible Schedule: We value results over hours. As long as you are available for team ceremonies (Pacific Time) and getting the job done, you manage your time.
  • Cutting-edge Environment: Work directly with AI-integrated workflows in a high-impact role.
