Senior Software Engineer – WordPress

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications. • Build and customize WordPress solutions, including development of Gutenberg blocks. • Lead end-to-end feature development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. • Contribute to system design decisions and help maintain robust software architecture. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PHP and JavaScript. • Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions. • Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes and development practices.
Job Requirements
- Senior-level experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including Gutenberg blocks.
- Strong proficiency in PHP.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., React or similar).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building scalable and high-performance systems.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Experience performing code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
