• This role will belong to the growth department, responsible for user growth metrics • Responsible for exploring various growth opportunities in the exchange field and responsible for expanding user growth promotion channels • Maintain strong channel cooperation support and processes, and enhance channel growth dimension; increase channel output, and coordinate and solve various problems in the process • According to the market situation and company strategy, complete the established performance indicators assigned by the team • Actively participate in various industry activities, pay attention to user growth opportunities, and continuously explore new cooperation resources

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth or channel development is preferred
  • Good at listening to customer needs, always look for user growth solutions from the perspective of user growth and channel operation
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
  • Strong self-driven mindset, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure and strong cross-department coordination ability
