Customer Service Coordinator – Austria
Freudenberg Group
• Manage the complete customer order process including shipments, goods receipts, accounts receivable, claims handling, and maintenance of customer data, prices, and terms in SAP. • Carry out operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, accounts receivable control, price list creation, and discount management. • Create and coordinate the daily shipping schedule and work closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations. • Ensure high service levels and on-time deliveries, handle customer complaints efficiently, and coordinate with transport providers. • Support Sales and Marketing with sales-plan monitoring, campaign execution and communication tasks, and manage marketing materials and product samples.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient English
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Attention to detail, accuracy, customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
