As a Remote Customer Service Benefits Coordinator , you will assist individuals and families nationwide who have requested information, guiding them through available coverage options and providing professional support throughout the enrollment process. No prior industry experience is required—success in this role comes from strong communication, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities - Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom. - Help individuals and families understand available coverage options. - Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process. - Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication. - Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. - Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings. Ideal Candidate Profile - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated professionals. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Coachable individuals who value collaboration and feedback. - Professionals who are passionate about helping others. - Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required. Full training and mentorship are provided.
