Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a desire to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment. This full-time Entry level internal sales position will be focused on growing existing customer base and onboarding new customers across domestic distribution channels. This position could be located in Sheboygan, WI (onsite) OR Winston-Salem, NC (remote). - Identify growth opportunities utilizing Wigwam historical data. - Analyze and consolidate forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning to build accurate data-driven projections. - Utilize Excel/ Power BI to generate and present ongoing regional sales reports assessing external agency performance and related sales opportunities. - Execute outbound sales initiatives using sales and marketing tools to target existing and potential retail customers. - Create focused opportunities for existing retailer account growth including sales projections per territory/ region. - Prepare initial proposals for new accounts that include basic pricing and product assortments. - Coordinate efforts with the Director of Global Sales and external sales representatives. - Assist with retail account setup within the ERP system that includes, but is not limited to, location and billing, item master data and compliance with retailer requirements. - Maintain accurate CRM records, communicate retailer forecasts to Forecast Analyst and report monthly pipeline data to appropriate departments and individuals. - Collaborate with marketing, sales representatives and operations to support product assortments, promotions and logistics for trade shows. - Manage logistics and attend 4-6 regional or buying group trade shows leveraging software tools for scheduling and performance tracking. - Flag CRM/ ERP data challenges and suggest applicable and actionable improvements to speed onboarding and reporting. - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications - 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
