Payroll and HR Coordinator
Livestorm
• Provide day-to-day HR support to Stormies • Act as a supportive and reliable HR partner within Livestorm • Onboard new Stormies and manage contractual documents • Run the monthly payroll process and review EOR invoices • Manage HR documentation and day-to-day HR requests from Stormies • Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies • Proactively improve day-to-day HR operations and optimize processes
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Previous experience in managing mandatory legal obligations
- Strong knowledge of French employment law, and especially SYNTEC collective agreement (knowledge of other countries is a plus)
- Comfortable using HR tools (e.g. Payfit, Deel, Juro, Leapsome, Google Sheets)
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Fluent in English.
