Role Description EmpiRx Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Analytics Manager. In this critical role, the Reporting Analytics Manager plays a key role in supporting and ensuring the achievement of various reporting needs for multiple departments. They work closely with key internal teams to understand and complete requests and projects. The Reporting Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the scope, objectives, and timelines for analytics projects to meet business needs and are able to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. They play a crucial role in developing data-driven strategies that support organizational growth and best practices for data collection, modeling, and interpretation. - Responsible for creating accurate, timely and actionable reports, dashboards, models, and analyses that can be used by both technical and non-technical end users, including but not limited to: - Ad-hoc client analytics - Cost driver deep dive analytics - Forecast modeling - Cost avoidance & outcomes reporting - Creating reusable and automatable processes that can scale - Meets with end users to gather data analysis requirements to deliver accurate results. - Identifies problems, assists in researching solutions, and recommends corrective actions to achieve higher levels of integrity and efficiency. - Work closely with key teams (e.g., Data Engineering, BI, Compliance, Client Experience) to improve processes, increase efficiency, and execute on requirements. - Provide leadership and guidance to the Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Manage, mentor, and ensure technical and analytical development of the team. - Ensures data accuracy through validation, documentation, and transparency.
