Video Editor
FOUNDRY
• Edit and produce educational video content for webinars, product walkthroughs, and training materials • Create short-form video content for social media, including LinkedIn posts and promotional clips • Transform webinar recordings into polished highlight videos, clips, and reusable educational assets • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement • Collaborate with internal teams to translate presentations, scripts, and concepts into engaging video content • Support the development of visual elements for presentations and slide decks when needed • Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and messaging across all video and presentation materials
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video editing or motion graphics
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Able to create engaging educational and promotional videos for webinars and social media
- Experience growing measurable video metrics at a B2B company
- Experience adding motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling
- Can turn presentations, scripts, or webinar recordings into polished video content
- Detail-oriented with consistent branding and visual quality
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good English communication skills for team collaboration
- Proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting marketing and educational initiatives

• Use experience with OpenShot to create tool-related questions • Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world video editing workflows
• Edit longform YouTube videos (10–30 min) with strong pacing, hooks, pattern interrupts, and clean storytelling • Cut and optimize YouTube Shorts from longform content • Design high-converting thumbnails (Canva mastery required) • Add dynamic text overlays, graphics, b-roll, sound effects, and light motion where it enhances retention • Collaborate on video structure, hooks, and flow, not just edits • Implement YouTube SEO best practices: titles, descriptions, keywords, chapters, and trends • Use ChatGPT (or similar tools) when needed for hooks, titles, descriptions, and idea refinement • Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual identity • Stay ahead of YouTube trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
