• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts across the LATAM region • Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, leveraging your network, and understanding of the regional market • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing • Collaborate with the Climate Experience team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client success • Work closely with Marketing to localize messaging and campaigns based on LATAM market nuances and industry verticals • Stay current on climate regulation, ESG reporting standards, and sustainability trends relevant to LATAM markets • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, educating stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and operations • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and GTM teams based on market conversations and client needs • Represent SINAI at leading ESG and sustainability events, forums, and roundtables throughout the region
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally with a SaaS solution or climate tech product
- 2+ years selling into ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization-focused markets in LATAM
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close complex enterprise deals
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
- Spanish-speaker, based in Spanish-speaking LATAM, with an understanding of the sustainability and regulatory environment across key LATAM markets
