Visual Designer
iDesign
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to shape and produce high-quality visual assets for online programs in higher education and business settings • Work with partner brand guidelines to ensure designs are consistent, polished, accessible, and aligned with institutional identities • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers to translate creative concepts into deliverables that support course and program goals • Manage multiple partner projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met in all designs (e.g., WCAG-aligned color/contrast, typography, and structure)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally with partner-facing projects
- Working proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
- Experience applying and adapting brand guidelines to a variety of deliverables
- Portfolio showing your design range and process
- Experience in digital/online learning or higher education is a plus, but we value strong foundational skills and enthusiasm for this space.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions
