• Drive design and implementation of our Mobile application builder. • Architect deployment pipelines for seamless publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play, integrating with Bubble’s existing infrastructure. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across web and mobile. • Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills and leadership. • Partner directly with executive leadership to define roadmaps, inform and commit to priorities, and execute effectively.

• Collaborate across Development, Product Management, and Federal Cloud Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products through design, testing, and release • Lead functional, system, and automation testing efforts, expanding automation coverage and ensuring efficiency and robust quality assurance • Manage Federal cloud processes, including deployment procedures, monitoring, and resolving escalations in collaboration with Federal operations and support teams • Investigate and resolve complex production issues by identifying root causes, verifying fixes, and developing comprehensive test plans • Contribute to team growth by hiring and training new talent, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and staying updated on evolving technologies

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and shape modern, automation first solutions • Participate in the planning, design, and development of intelligent workflow systems, including enhancements and iterative refinements • Provide senior level contribution to projects responsible for the design, development, and implementation of critical business systems, with attention to reliability, scalability, and observability • Build and refine automated workflows, including: Email ingestion, extraction, normalization, comparison, and exception routing • Configure and validate document extraction accuracy, continuously tuning for edge cases • Implement matching logic and exception categorization to support reliable downstream processing • Test pilot behavior, tune edge cases, and harden workflows for production reliability • Work closely with a Technical Architect while owning the hands-on implementation and day to day engineering decisions • Research and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to improve existing systems and processes • Drive consistency across projects and advocate for automation, reusability, and process improvement • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues and deliver a positive, transparent customer experience • Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software (Kantata)
