• Own the end to end vendor ecosystem across servicing and field services offerings, including sourcing, onboarding, coverage management, performance, and compliance • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors while holding them accountable to defined service levels and cost expectations • Design and execute vendor strategies that balance speed, quality, and margin • Own vendor-level economics, ensuring pricing, service levels, and quality expectations align with margin objectives and scalable growth. • Lead vendor performance management efforts, including issue resolution, corrective action, and continuous improvement • Partner cross functionally with operations, finance, compliance, and technology to support scalable execution • Develop and refine vendor processes, tools, and documentation to support growth and operational clarity • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within the vendor ecosystem and take ownership of resolving them • Spend meaningful time in the field with vendors and internal teams, including property walks, ride-alongs, training, and quality reviews to ensure standards are understood, executed, and continuously improved

• Support the review and screening of incoming and outgoing payments to identify and prevent fraudulent or suspicious activity. Apply risk-based judgment and conduct due diligence on higher-risk or high-value transactions to maintain the integrity of our payment systems. • Monitor transaction activity to detect unusual patterns, behaviors, or anomalies. Review and analyze transaction and operational data to surface potential risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. • Investigate, document, and escalate fraudulent or suspicious activity related to card and bank payments. Partner closely with risk and compliance teams to determine appropriate actions and strengthen preventive controls. • Work directly with organizers and clients via email, phone, and video calls to resolve payment and operational issues. Balance customer advocacy with risk awareness, ensuring timely, clear, and pragmatic resolutions. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal) and external partners to support daily operations, address complex cases, and continuously improve workflows and tools. • Take ownership of a wide range of ad-hoc operational projects as business needs evolve. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute wherever operational support is needed.

• Manage end-to-end medical referrals for seafarers, from appointment scheduling to follow-up and closure. • Coordinate medical cases across multiple countries, time zones, and providers. • Liaise directly with patients, captains, agents, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication. • Document and maintain accurate medical records on our case management platform (Seacare). • Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency at every stage. • Coordinate transportation logistics, including repatriations and medical evacuations, when necessary. • Support decision-making on urgent cases, using sound judgment and cost-awareness.

• Source and vet medical facilities and transportation providers in priority regions • Interview providers and help expand MHG’s partner network; maintain accurate records • Coordinate meetings across time zones; manage agendas, take notes, track actions • Support negotiations, rate comparisons, invoicing prep, and document control • Assist with basic compliance checks and provider credential validation
