Job Description

Principal Consultant, Strategic Advisory Services

CrowdStrike

• Lead large and complex strategic advisory service engagements • Engage with executive-level individuals in diverse industry segments • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively • Deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts and public speaking events • Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity • Manage internal programs and teams • Support staffing and scheduling of strategic resources on upcoming engagements

Job Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in IT / Security Management Consulting
  • Leadership positions and relationship management with organizational executives
  • Experience in infosec and IT issues, including technical and operational cyber security
  • Contribution to the development and management of a security program
  • Experience in developing a SOC, CSIRT, Fusion Center, or security initiatives
  • Leadership or key delivery positions in organizational security teams
  • Familiarity with organizational risk frameworks and improving them
  • Development of cyber security policies
  • Significant experience in helping government organizations refine cyber security priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Capacity to complete complex tasks without supervision
  • Desire to grow in cyber aptitude, technical knowledge, and soft skills
  • Strong project management skills including managing multiple projects
  • Ability to travel to engage with clients, up to 30% of the time
