• Develop the project plan (scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources). • Define the methodology and tools to be used (agile, traditional, or hybrid). • Identify and map internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure delivery of project milestones and deliverables within the agreed timeframe, cost, and scope. • Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and involved departments. • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholders' interests. • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Resolve conflicts, act proactively on deviations, and propose quick and effective solutions. • Ensure proper project documentation, following group standards.

Job Requirements
