Associate Project Manager, Consulting Services – EDI
Epicor
• Support the activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to installation. • Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists) and use these deliverables to execute all project activities. • Provide support to project schedule, resources, budget and scope. • Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements. • Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues. • Participate in weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests/questions in a timely manner. • Interact and assist members of cross-functional teams. • May be involved in ad hoc projects and/or small, short assignments.
Job Requirements
- Solid organizational, project management and time management skills
- Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
- Manages expectations and establishes solid working relationships through the management level
- May work at client site from time to time
- Ability to travel up to 35%
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- EDI experience preferred.

What You’ll Do CPA seeks an experienced, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Manager, Settlements to provide operational, analytical, compliance, and other support to our growing team, as we advance clean energy goals in a way that adheres to the local priorities of our member agencies. The Project Manager, Settlements is responsible for reviewing and identifying discrepancies with our California Independent System Operator (CASIO) and bilateral counterparty invoices, validating transactions of wholesale market products, and performing after the fact analysis on settlements and Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) to influence resource optimization and CRR strategies.
