Localization Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse localization projects, from software to marketing to multimedia, across global markets • Own project quality, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing risk and communication • Act as the primary client liaison for project-related matters, ensuring transparency and trust at every touchpoint • Align cross-functional teams, engineers, linguists, publishers, and more, to deliver seamless localization experiences • Prepare project quotes, allocate resources, and define success metrics tailored to client goals • Provide clear, timely status reports and insights that empower smarter decisions • Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to scope and cost new opportunities • Ensure that all administrative processes related to project delivery are completed with precision
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
- Communicate confidently across cultures and thrive in a client-facing role
- Excel at organizing complex workflows while adapting to shifting priorities
- Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and proactively address challenges
- Are tech-comfortable and familiar with tools like Microsoft Project and project management platforms.
