Oracle Report Developers – APEX, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Data Migration

Elfonze Technologies

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports • Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions for reporting requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Develop BI Publisher reports with XML templates and data templates • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle APEX • Perform data extraction, transformation, and migration activities • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reporting solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and data discrepancies • Prepare technical documentation and reporting specifications • Provide production support and enhancements for existing reports

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle reporting tools
  • Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Data Migration
  • Solid SQL and PL/SQL development skills
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, and report templates
  • Good understanding of Oracle database structures and data models

Where you will work:This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
