• Convey basic knowledge of the Instructure Learning Platform to clients and serve as an expert for Instructure products. • Coordinate client projects on key initiatives and provide best practices and guidance to achieve the desired results of those key initiatives. • Collaborate with other services team members and actively participate in project planning and delivery activities. • Use critical thinking and research to develop actionable insights and efficient solutions to problems of moderate scope. • Demonstrate the ability to be organized, adaptable, and timely with limited support from others. • Listen to client needs and customize deliverables to client use case(s), goals, and plans with limited support from others. • Deliver standard and custom training agendas and sessions to groups of varying sizes, audiences and experience levels. • Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials, including videos and self-paced online courses. • Provide consulting advice to a variety of education sectors to increase platform usage and adoption. • Guide clients with change management initiatives. • Support clients advanced use of Instructure’s products through training efforts, consultation, and alignment of pedagogical objectives with platform functionality. • Deliver online webinars, onsite training, and participating in other internal training scenarios as needed. • Research and understand client needs and objectives to support customisation of services, growth of services offerings and improved client experience. • Identify areas where additional support, training, or consulting are needed to support client objectives. • Participate in team projects that support goals and initiatives of the department. • Demonstrate the ability to be organized, adaptable, and timely with limited support from others. • Seek opportunities for professional learning and reflect on feedback. • Set forecasts on all project tasks and milestones, ensure revenue recognition processes are completed, and escalate risks to missing forecasts to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge of pedagogical approaches, technology adoption strategies and educational technology best practices.
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of audiences, including academics/teachers, administrators and leadership.
  • Experience in teaching or training in a corporate training, K12, vocational education, or higher education context.
  • Ability to keep training sessions fresh, fun, effective, and relevant.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire for professional growth, accountability and high quality deliverables.
