• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks. • Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively. • Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset. • Identify complex cases and ensure timely escalation to second-line specialists when needed. • Manage the full lifecycle of customer cases via phone and email, ensuring transparency and “Waste No More” efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of multichannel customer care experience with one employer, showing stability and growth.
  • C2/native Dutch (spoken and written) and at least C1 English.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to find suitable solutions to complex logistical questions.
  • Confident using CRM tools and digital portals.
  • Available and willing to join on-site training and team-building events with the client and the WorkNomads community.

Role Description Our Sr. Customer Success Manager is a member of the Account Management Team. This is a consultative sales and Enterprise level account management position to grow revenue in the most strategic accounts through sales of First Advantage products and solutions within a small number of named accounts under the Industrial Vertical. It is anticipated that you will ensure and grow this revenue stream via the development and ongoing maintenance of a strategic account plan and the definition of the strategic deployment of resources required to drive the penetration of FA solutions through the enterprise within your assigned accounts, and to maintain the base revenue that is already present in those accounts. Coordinates with client, operations management, and technology to ensure service levels are being maintained. This role is 100% work from home.
