Associate Business Unit Systems Analyst

• Lead the creation, approval, and timely delivery of all reporting. • Collaborate with relevant departments to automate manual reporting processes and optimize delivery strategies. • Ensure optimized SQL queries are used when creating, editing and/or maintaining all dashboards. • Assist in the development and troubleshooting of Excel macros to support reporting needs. • Fulfill ad hoc data requests and maintain recurring reports aligned with SLA commitments. • Develop and maintain business review presentation decks, including drafting, updating, and coordinating input from cross-functional teams. • Manage and update assigned ServiceNow tickets to ensure timely resolution and tracking. • Apply auditing principles to guide decisions on data presentation and ensure reporting accuracy. • Monitor and evaluate dashboard performance to ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives, making enhancements as needed to support continuous improvement. • Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting-related inquiries, providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders. • Document stakeholder requirements and ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications. • Plan, conduct, and track training sessions for team members on Power BI, Excel, and reporting best practices. • Communicate updates, trends, and issues impacting reporting and analytics to relevant teams and leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Compliance, IT) to translate business needs into actionable insights. • Research and propose alternative reporting solutions when standard approaches are not feasible, documenting rationale and implementation steps. • Review and validate reports and dashboards to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Conduct periodic process/quality reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting workflows. • Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and change logs for audit and training purposes. • Support compliance initiatives by ensuring all reporting activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development, including SQL.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel (including macros).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Summary: The Senior Zscaler and VDI engineer will be supporting a multi-tiered high-availability Microsoft Zscaler cloud-based service infrastructure that is geographically distributed with a highly mobile work force. The right candidate must be able to work with team members at various levels to ensure the smooth deployment of applications, manage devices, and provide system security, within a high-performance environment of a large enterprise. Job Duties: - Operations and maintenance of the Microsoft Zscaler cloud-based service that focuses infrastructure including installation of upgrades, patches, level-3 troubleshooting, analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring and other O&M activities. - Provide on-site technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability, while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft software. - Deploy, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure, including desktop images, host pools, and session hosts. - Monitor and troubleshoot solutions, including user experience, performance, and availability. - Implement and manage security policies for solutions, including access controls, network security, and data protection.
