Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior technical engineer, preferably in an MSP Environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, the memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
- Consistently demonstrate the MyITcrew Core Values and meet standard metrics
- Current Microsoft, Azure or cloud computing, CCNA certifications or equivalent
- Advanced skills in the management of Active Directory Domain environments
- Proficient in networking, for both on-premise and cloud-based networks.
- A minimum of 5+ Years experience in support and engineering of Windows on-premise and cloud environments

THE OPPORTUNITY Silvus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal R&D Systems Architect who will report to the Senior Director of R&D, Electronic Warfare on the Research & Development team. The successful individual in this pivotal role will serve as the primary technical architect for next-generation Networked Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, and will bridge the gap between complex RF hardware, advanced signal processing software, and distributed networking architectures to create scalable, future-proof EW solutions. This individual will work within a multi-disciplinary R&D team to architect systems that not only detect and counter threats, but coordinate these effects across a mesh of intelligent nodes.
