• Development, execution and management of creative social media campaigns for well-known brands. • Serve as the primary client contact — from strategy through execution. • Create and manage editorial calendars and brief content creators. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs and identify optimization opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects smoothly and with a focus on objectives. • Monitor current trends and developments to bring innovative ideas into projects.
Job Requirements
- Some professional experience in social media, marketing or communications—through internships or junior roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats and relevant KPIs.
- A good sense for trends, creative ideas and the ability to help shape brand-appropriate content.
- High degree of initiative, reliability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident client-facing manner and clear, professional communication — both written and verbal.
- Experience with common tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva or similar platforms.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
