Job Description

Project Manager

Lingaro

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects— from discovery and planning through delivery, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare. • Drive wave governance, stakeholder coordination, risk/issue management, and stage gates; ensure scope control against SOW/CRs and enable predictable, high‑quality outcomes. • Act as primary day‑to‑day contact for Compass stakeholders; keep communication clear, proactive, and outcome‑oriented. • Facilitate steering/status sessions and reviews; maintain alignment on priorities, decisions, and acceptance criteria. • Plan and run the project across phases/waves with stage gates; manage RAID, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination. • Implement appropriate Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods; keep ceremonies, sprint goals, and delivery cadence on track. • Ensure high‑quality delivery and on‑time UAT sign‑off / go‑live & hypercare readiness. • Manage scope to contract; draft/coordinate SOWs/CRs, obtain approvals before starting ad hoc work, and protect delivery margins. • Track milestones and acceptance criteria linked to invoicing; uphold agreed commercial terms. • Maintain transparent reporting from Lingaro PM standards (e.g., Status Report flow, Health Check, CXMS, Billing Milestones). • Use standard PM/Agile tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence/MS Project/Office 365) and enforce consistent artifacts (plan, backlog, burn‑up/down, RACI, status, decisions log). • Ensure documentation of decisions, assumptions, agreements, and trade‑offs to support continuity, alignment, and credible stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

  • Experience leading data/analytics or AI/ML projects in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Proven delivery of multi‑team initiatives using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management with various nationalities; able to communicate with clarity and professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and data/AI delivery lifecycles.
  • Can translate business outcomes into delivery plans, risks, and stage gates.
  • Proficiency in PM and reporting tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence/MS Project, Office 365).
  • Comfort leveraging modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, GitHub‑based workflows) to enhance delivery velocity.
  • Proactive and self‑driven — takes initiative, sets high standards, anticipates needs, and doesn’t wait for step‑by‑step instructions.
  • Solution‑oriented with a growth mindset — brings options, not problems; continuously learns and improves.
  • Resourceful and independent — navigates unclear requirements, decentralized markets, and varied tools without heavy guidance.
  • Low‑ego and professional — demonstrates integrity, humility, respect, and maturity; avoids defensiveness, entitlement.
  • Collaborative and patient — works well with busy stakeholders across markets and communicates with empathy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator — provides concise updates, flags risks early, and organizes decisions and next steps effectively.
  • Nice to have: Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), BI tooling, and data product mindsets.
