A Day in the Life of the The Analyst Channel Health gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to help our company make informed decisions. This role involves extracting data from various sources, identifying trends, creating reports and visualizations, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders to shape business strategies and drive growth. The ideal candidate is an analytical, data-driven strategist with deep experience in telecom or subscription-based sales models, skilled at data sets, industry trends, and field insights to drive high-impact subscriber and revenue outcomes. - Analyze complex, multi‑source marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. - Build advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support cross-functional insights and KPI reporting. - Support campaign optimization by evaluating channel performance, attribution paths, and customer behavior. - Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast outcomes and improve marketing ROI. - Refine and maintain customer segmentation models based on demographics, behavior, and lifecycle insights. - Partner with marketing leadership to develop data-driven targeting strategies and personalization frameworks. - Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide strategic planning. - Present analytical findings to leadership with clear recommendations aligned to business goals. - Ensure data quality, documentation, and best practices across reporting environments. - Collaborate with analytics engineers and IT teams on data infrastructure improvements. - Mentor junior analysts on analytical techniques, tools, and best practices. - Other duties as assigned.
