About us TruffleHog is a popular open source tool used by security researchers all over the world to find leaky API keys and responsibly disclose them to affected companies. This provides income through bug bounty platforms like HackerOne to individuals that may otherwise have a hard time finding employment. This also prevents breaches from occurring, which can be very costly for companies to resolve. When we founded Truffle Security Co. in February of 2021, we committed to continue to grow a community with security researchers around the world, and continue to provide free and open resources to support those that make the world more secure. We have a strong commitment to open source and to the community. We’re looking for help supporting our mission to prevent leaking credentials and build the best products for machine identity protection. At Truffle, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fully remote, collaborative team contributing to meaningful advancements in cybersecurity. About the role Truffle Security is on a mission to build products that help organizations discover and remediate critical security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll help shape TruffleHog Enterprise. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver our vision and strategy. What you'll be working on - Help shape and execute product direction: Partner with leadership to evolve TruffleHog Enterprise in alignment with company strategy and turn that direction into customer outcomes. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering teams to create a roadmap and execute on it. - Gather and analyze feedback: Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect insights and translate them into requirements and features. Bring a builder’s mindset with a track record of execution. What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or similar role, with a focus on SaaS, enterprise platform, or security software products. - Demonstrated success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a technical product, with experience scaling products and capabilities from 1→10. - Familiarity with security concepts and the challenges faced by security teams. - Comfortable with modern product tools and processes, including AI-enabled tools for prototyping, planning, and communication, and able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Experience working remotely and driving cohesion with a distributed Engineering team. Salary range: The target salary range for this position is between $166,000 - $200,000. Starting salary will vary based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Leveling will be determined during the interview process. You may also be offered a bonus, stock options, and benefits.
