Qualifications - Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with Ph.D. - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and one or more modern JS frameworks. - Experience with UI state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, MobX). - Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with UI/UX principles, RESTful APIs, and component-based design systems. - Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. - Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. - Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices. - Experience with JAWS and Dragon Dictate accessibility tools. - Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.). - Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for interpreting designs. - Knowledge of software development best practices and coding standards. - Must be US Citizen. - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
