Sales Manager – Software and Custom Solutions
WADIC
• Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities for software development and custom IT solutions • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners • Lead and guide a team of technical content writers to create sales-enabling content (case studies, proposals, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, etc.) • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging with customer needs • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and solution demos • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in software development, IT services, or custom solutions
- Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, cloud, custom applications, etc.)
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Ability to lead and collaborate with technical content writers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
